A word from the director…

On behalf of our lecturers and staff, welcome to Rast Private Institute.

The institute is established in 2019 and considered one of the first institutes that provide an opportunity to students to develop their career and shape their future from an early age.

The knowledge you gain through your life is considered as a great way for shaping your future and career pathway. What you learn in your formal education through programmes, professionals is quiet helpful for determining your career pathway. However, the things that puts you on the path of life is how to set that knowledge into practice. Therefore, we highly focus on combining both practice and theory in our educational programmes that have been designed precisely and carefully to fit with our student’s abilities and the requirements of labor market.

I am excited to share some reasons with you about why it is great opportunity to be part of our institute family:

  1. We offer 3 degrees that meet labor market needs including Administration, Accounting and information technology (IT).
  2. Our teaching staff is highly qualified in a way that made them innovators in the classroom and leaders in their field.
  3. Our students will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing atmosphere of New Zakho life including restaurants, coffee shops and all the free spaces that are available.
  4. As a part of our commitment to the quality of education we provide a small class size, average of maximum 30 students per class, this will enable students to have greater chance to discuss with their lecturers and work in groups. In addition, a highly advanced technology is also available that will definitely help them to experience an engaged classroom by taking advantages from that technology.
  5. Engaging our students in real life activities through building a strong bridge with public and private sectors and this will enable them to practice what they have theoretically learnt.
